Raise a Verified Concern

Submit a concern for admin review when there is a serious issue involving tenant, employee, contractor, supplier, vendor, landlord or service provider. Every report must be factual, supported by evidence and submitted responsibly.

Legal & Compliance Notice

Records will not be published until reviewed and approved by admin. False reports, personal attacks, harassment, discrimination or revenge-based complaints may result in account suspension or legal consequences. Evidence is stored securely and accessed by admin only during review.

Concern / Incident Details

Explain the issue clearly. Jangan exaggerate. Use dates, agreement details, communication history, payment details and what resolution you are seeking.

Example: agreement date, amount paid, work/supply/rental/employment issue, follow-up attempts, and current status.

Supporting Evidence

Upload supporting documents so admin can review the concern properly. Evidence improves fairness and avoids false claims.
