Frequently Asked Questions

Clear Answers Before You Proceed.

Understand FREE membership, account activation, concern reporting, case tracking, confidentiality, fees and the limits of KitaJagaKita services.

Platform Guidance

What members and platform users should know.

These answers explain the current public registration, login and case-management process. Service availability may depend on eligibility, account activation and the applicable platform terms.

01

FREE Membership and Registration

The difference between registration, activation and MSCA association membership.

It is the current membership registration pathway for individuals, businesses, professionals, service providers and organisations that want access to available KitaJagaKita member functions. Registration itself is free, but some current or future services may have separate eligibility requirements or charges.

No. The registration page prepares a WhatsApp message for the administrator. You must press Send in WhatsApp. The administrator then reviews the registration and confirms account activation where applicable.

No. KitaJagaKita membership provides access to available platform functions and registered-member benefits. MSCA association membership is a separate application handled through the official MSCA registration page at subconmalaysia.org/register .

Available benefits may include registered member access, concern-submission pathways, case tracking, confidential case communication and approved member services or opportunities. Availability can depend on account activation, eligibility, platform capacity and the applicable service terms.

02

Login and Account Activation

Access, passwords and assistance for registered applicants.

WhatsApp registration does not automatically create a working portal login. The administrator must create or activate the account before the email and password can be used on the member login page.

Activated members should use the KitaJagaKita Member Login page . After successful authentication, the member is directed to the available portal area.

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Make sure the email address entered matches the email connected to the activated portal account.

Contact the registration administrator through WhatsApp at +60 17-623 3423 . Include your name, registered email and mobile number, but do not send your password or one-time password.

03

Reporting a Concern

What can be submitted and what information may be required.

The public may begin the concern-reporting process, but a registered account may be required before final submission, secure communication or case tracking can proceed.

Concerns may relate to matters such as payment issues, contractor or supplier disputes, tenancy matters, employment concerns and money-recovery support. Acceptance depends on the facts, available documents, eligibility and platform scope.

Depending on the matter, useful documents may include:

  • agreements, quotations or purchase orders;
  • invoices, receipts and payment records;
  • letters, notices, emails or WhatsApp correspondence;
  • photographs or project records; and
  • other documents directly relevant to the concern.

Remove unnecessary personal information before uploading where possible.

No. Submission, receipt or administrative review does not establish wrongdoing, debt, liability or a legal finding. A named party may be invited to respond and provide supporting information.

04

Case References and Status Tracking

How to locate and follow an accepted platform matter.

A case reference is provided when the matter is accepted into the case-management workflow. Keep the reference confidential and use it together with your registered account where required.

Use the Check Status page or sign in through the member portal. Status information is available only where a valid case reference and authorised account access exist.

Statuses may indicate that the matter was received, is awaiting information, is under administrative review, has been shared for response, is being assessed, is moving toward resolution or has been closed. A status does not by itself prove wrongdoing or guarantee an outcome.

Processing time depends on the complexity of the matter, completeness of the documents, the need for clarification, responses from other parties and available administrative capacity. A fixed completion time applies only when the team expressly confirms one for the specific matter.

05

Privacy, Confidentiality and Security

How information may be handled and what users should protect.

No. A submission is not automatically published. Access, use and disclosure depend on the purpose of the matter, case administration, response rights, platform controls, legal obligations and the Privacy Notice.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, the named party may be informed of the relevant allegations and invited to provide a response, correction or supporting records. Personal or confidential information may be redacted where necessary.

Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, bank login details, full card information or unnecessary identity documents. Registration messages should contain only the contact and application details required for the administrator to review the request.

06

Fees, Support and Platform Boundaries

What is free, what may be chargeable and what is not guaranteed.

No. FREE refers to the current KitaJagaKita membership registration. Some platform functions may be included for eligible registered members, while other services may be chargeable depending on their scope, resources and applicable terms. Charges should be disclosed before a chargeable service proceeds.

No. KitaJagaKita may provide structured administrative intake, communication and support pathways, but it does not guarantee payment recovery, settlement, enforcement, verification, legal action or any specific outcome.

No. KitaJagaKita is an MSCA-operated business-protection and administrative-support platform. It does not issue court findings, government decisions, legal judgments or unrestricted public credit scores.

Yes. Access may be restricted or suspended for security, false or misleading information, impersonation, harassment, misuse, breach of platform terms, legal requirements or operational reasons. The administrator may request clarification before restoring access.

Important: These answers provide general platform guidance. A case-specific response, service scope or administrator instruction may contain additional requirements.
